Boutaïna Araki is Managing Director of Clear Channel France, the single biggest European market in CCI, and is responsible for pursuing and accelerating the company's digital transformation.
She joined Clear Channel France in 2011 as CFO and became Deputy General Manager in 2013, with responsibility for the business's performance management. She became Managing Director for Clear Channel France in November 2016.
Before joining Clear Channel, she was CFO for CBS Outdoor France (now Exterion Media), responsible for finance, legal and IT. Boutaïna contributed to the design and implementation of the business strategy, supported the operational departments in their decision making and provided innovative and powerful IT solutions to asset developers, operations agents and sales representatives. Prior to this, she held the position of CFO at La Martinière Groupe, where she was accountable for strategic planning as well as development and leadership of the entire finance function. Her experience also includes over 4 years at the Canal+ Group, first as Head of the consolidation and then as Director for Accountancy, consolidation and management reporting, and as Consultant Manager for Cartesis (now owned by SAP), a leading software vendor for consolidation and reporting.
